Cancellation Policy
All cancellations with less than 48 hours notice before your appointment are subject to a 50% cost of your service fee. No shows/less than 24hrs notice are subject to 100% service fee and may be removed from the client list until the fee is paid.
Booked an appointment but want to change services? Let me know ahead of time! Last minute changes can be hard to accommodate and I may not have the time or products needed for sudden changes to the plan.
Running late? Clients over 15 mins will pay a $25 late fee, over 30 mins late, $50, and may result in shortened service to accommodate the next client.
